So... at what point of reduced calories, 20-30g of carbs per day, 6-10glasses of water per day and exercise am I going to stop gaining weight!!!? I'm officially 2.5 pounds heavier than I was a week ago - it's not like I have a hormonal excuse or anything. Can't my body defy physics in the other direction!!?
