07 June 11 - Day 2 of Induction

I'm officially out of ketosis. Not surprising given the pig-fest I went on on Sunday.

Breakfast (7:00AM)
1 egg (1g, 98cal)
2 tbsp flax seeds, whole (0g, 110cal)
2 tbsp coconut oil (0g, 226cal)
black tea with cardamom (0g, 0cal) - I skipped the rhodiola because it's been making me gag.

AM Supplements (7:30AM)
Vitamin A/D
Olive Leaf Extract

Lunch (11:30AM)
The other half of the stir-fry (16.25g, 256cal)
500ml water (0g, 0cal)
500ml water (0g, 0cal)

45min walk around perimeter of campus

Second Lunch (2:30PM)
4oz pork chop (0g, 300cal)
500ml water (0g, 0cal)

Dinner (7:30PM)
4 slices white cheddar with black peppercorns (2g, 320cal)
2 tbsp coconut oil (0g, 226cal)

Gym - 45min on upright stationary bike, level 7, hill program (allegedly 276 cal burned)


a little too high on the calories for today.
