1 cup tea with cardamom and half & half (1g, 40cal)

1 L flavored water


Dinner:
4oz pork sausage (0g, 400cal)
1 oz parmesan (1g, 110cal)
1 tbsp coconut oil (0g, 130 cal)
2/3 c shing shangs (4g, 240cal)


1oz parmesan (1g, 110cal)
1/4c sunflower seeds (4.75, 190cal)


total: 2069 cal
