It was bad when I weighed myself after New York but I got the courage to weigh myself again.
I'm 7.2 pounds down - so my 10 days or so of regular carb =almost 4 pounds gained. Unbelievable. I'm looking into whether the HCG diet can be added into what I am doing - it sounds like that is a much lower calorie diet but if it works, it works. I would just be bummed about not having booze for 42 days.

Breakfast
1 egg (0.4g, 80cal)
1/4c almond flour (1g, 145cal)
tea with cream (0g, 50cal)
1 tsp coconut oil (0g, 40cal)

Lunch
3oz pork roast (0g, 300cal)
tea with half and half (2g, 40cal)

Snack
2 tbsp almond butter (2g, 200cal)

Snack
1 Mr. Goodbar mini (3g, 42cal)
1 Reese's mini peanut butter cup (5g, 42cal)

Dinner
4 small zucchinis (4g, 42cal)
1 egg (0.4g, 80cal)
1/4c almond flour (1g, 145cal)
1 tbsp coconut oil/butter (0g, 120cal)

1 shot tequila (0g, 120cal)

1446 cal
18.8g carb
