I'm feeling a little better about the strange weight gain thing from last week - like it wasn't somehow my fault or a curse of the gods (or perhaps as Oprah would possibly say, "I was thinking heavy thoughts and that translated to my physical being") I'm now back down to 8 pounds shed, which makes me happy. Four pounds to my initial goal, 33.2 to my final goal.

I'm a little worried because I just found out that there's an excursion to the Fish for our other student's graduation and send-off. There are *no* low carb options there, with the exception of water...

by the way, my tolerance for alcohol - specifically beer - has plummeted. While I can normally have 2 shots of whiskey and I'm buzzed, I had the equivalent of 2.5 beers and I was *smashed*. I waited a bit and drowned my drunkenness in sushi.

I'm now down 7lb. I'm starting to think that the 1-2 shots of whiskey I'm having just before bedtime aren't all that bad -- though I probably should not be mixing that with my 'Metabosol mix'.

The pills are killing me, especially the Super Fat Burner ones - I don't know why they make supplements as big ol' freakin' horse pills because it takes a lot of water to get those puppies to not get stuck in my espohagus. I'm debating whether to pulverize them or not because I wonder if there's also an issue with absorption because they are monster horse pills.

So... at what point of reduced calories, 20-30g of carbs per day, 6-10glasses of water per day and exercise am I going to stop gaining weight!!!? I'm officially 2.5 pounds heavier than I was a week ago - it's not like I have a hormonal excuse or anything. Can't my body defy physics in the other direction!!?
