Today was supposed to be my cheat day but it didn't happen. It wasn't because of guilt from yesterday (though I have plenty of that). I woke up initially at 10:30 and was so tired I felt like I hadn't slept at all. I managed to text enough to cancel Scrabble/breakfast and to eat, but I promptly fell asleep on the couch while watching the Simpsons only to wake up at 3:30. Sigh.
The calories and carb counts are probably changing a bit because I'm using a different website for most of my numbers. This is mainly because NutritionData doesn't auto-calculate for amounts and that has gotten to be a bit of a pain.
